Renowned academic and administrator, Professor George Ude, has been honoured with the prestigious Fellowship Award of the Institute of Corporate Administration (FCAI) in recognition of his distinguished professional contributions to educational administration.

The award, conferred during the Institute’s 33rd Annual Management Lecture held on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at the Bridge Waters Luxury Suites & Conference Centre, GRA Enugu, marks Prof. Ude’s induction as a Senior Member of the Institute, entitling him to use the designation “FCAI” after his name.

The award was received by Dr. Victor Abaa, Lab manager for Center for DNA Forensics and Criminal Investigation (CEDFOCI).

This year’s event, themed “Developing Parallel Intelligence for Excelling in Our Automation Age”, brought together leading minds in education, management, and technology to explore new strategies for adaptive leadership in a rapidly evolving digital world.

Professor Ude’s recognition is a testament to his unwavering commitment to academic leadership, administrative innovation, and capacity-building in the education sector. Recipients were expected to submit a completed citation and documentation ahead of the award ceremony.

The Institute of Corporate Administration, known for its emphasis on professional excellence and institutional advancement, uses its annual event to spotlight individuals whose work significantly impacts corporate and public governance in Nigeria.
